Well it looks like I will be keeping my Nova and I am looking to upgrade the motor in it. I really like GM's 572 crate motor. Does anyone have any experience with it? Any feedback good or bad would be appreciated. I am also considering fuel injection and or a twin turbo option. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am not going to race the car, it's just a cruiser and show car. I just want to get the most WOW factor when I open the hood at a show and when I hammer the loud pedal!! Thanks!!!:unibrow:

Yup, Agreed Andrew. Just finished doing 2 all aluminum 572CI / 750HP motors for Bill mitchell. Fricken awesome! One went in a 67 Chevelle, the other in a 57 Chevy.

Doing a 572 creates a few issues, Because of the long stroke, deep pan, and rasied deck, and the height of the intake needed to feed tha monster, the motors are very tall oil pan to carb

As for turboing, we can now spec out bill Mitchell low compression motors just for forced injection

You can see both projects we just finished here

And you are welcome to contact me to discuss the project

Sorry, it take 2 minutes to join. Same information this or any other site ask for.

I am not a big fan of GM 572s, I can get a lot more motor from World for the same money. Mo Powa!
