I would love to know some details here.

Block used , aluminum or iron?
heads, 6 bolt design or factory bolt perimeter?
Head gaskets used , thickness etc...

Give us some hard details of the internals and turbos used.

Congrats , SWEET engine!!!

congrats Tom, that's amazing. If my TT402 LS2 makes anything resembling that power I'll be thrilled.

Awesome numbers as usual, Tom. Out of curiousity, how sensitive are the motors to intake plumbing? (air filters, elbows, etc) How adverse is it having a couple of 90*s upstream from the compressor?

I have seen many LS engine "push water" with big boost. The new LSX block prevents this from happening with the additional head bolts.

I wonder what is done to this one?

Turbo motor's are definately sensitive to bends and lengths on the cleaners side years ago my old dyno room was small with not enough ex fan so to get cold air we ran long inch flex tube to the outside of the shop by the middle of the pull the flex tube which hung down a little would be dead straight. So we rigged up a better set-up and picked up over a hundred horsepower.Air cleaners also the bigger the better. The file name 572 is just a group of dyno runs 99 per section .I probally should change it everytime. The motor is very street friendly.I used a raw casting from edelbrock for the heads The deck is brutally thick and the ports looked like drill holes when we got them Richard from West Coast Cyl heads fully cnc ported them the port Volume is only 200 cc but flows over 310 cfm of air with big low and mid lift numbers. If any of you are looking for a good head guy i would say richard is among the best and a super nice guy at that. The camshaft is a hydrualic roller we custom ground very short it just breaks 220 at .050 .I didn't push This engine past 18 psi for the reason of 4 bolts per cylinder. But head gaskets have a ton to do with the tune up.When you start making big power over 1500 the head can lift and thats when you see cooling systems start to pressurize. The lsx and the warhawk solved this though weve pushed over 2000hp without problems now. Thanks for all the good words Tom

This motor like you see it is 36000.00 which also includes two injectors per cylinder the fuel system and dyno time.

Thank you Tom for your informative reply. 36,000 isnt actually a bad price for complete motor like that.
