I am selling my HRE 843R wheels, they have a black powder center and poilshed lips.
These wheels do not have the bolts exposed as many 3 peice wheels do and they have a reverse drop center.
rears are 18x12 with a 5.5 BS , fronts are 18x8.5 with a 5.25 BS.
They are complete with Pirrelli P Zero Rosso tires.
335 rears
245 fronts
All tires are in excellent shape and the wheels also . No marks or scrapes on any and plenty of tire tread left.
I paid BIG BUCKS for these but want to switch to something different.
I will sell complete for $5500 .

These wheels? They look awesome. The curvature of the lug area has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

YES , these wheels, still for sale.
If anyone had a clue to what these cost and the time frame you will wait to get this quality of a wheel would jump on these quick .
Why is there not these deals when I need parts ???

I think we all have a clue on how nice the wheels are but someone has to want the exact color, size, style, etc. If someone wants that exact wheel then they should buy them, I agree.

Does HRE give you a lifetime supply of Vaseline along with that great deal? :faint:

HRE Wheels are the best hoops you can throw on your ride period. They are considered by most owners to be car jewelry, not just rims. If you don't want to look like every other 69 Camaro out there with a set of TT2's, then this would be the way to stand out.
HRE wheels- they're not for everybody.

i had heard some tracks are not allowing blind bolts on the track, so like you say, they are car jewelry.
goodluck with the sale
Just for the record, not all HRE wheels use the blind bolt setup.
On that note, wouldn't Fikse wheels fall into the blind bolt category, too?

If you go to a typical trackday or school, I doubt if a tech is going to deny you access just because of the bolts on your 3 piece wheels. I could be wrong but I believe rules this stringent would be more related to actual racing. I don't think many people here are spending $9000 on HRE wheels to go race :_paranoid
BTW sorry if we are postwhoring your thread Jason. Good luck on the sale
That is very true. PDE's and track days are quite different than sanctioned race events.
Jason's wheels are bitchin, I checked them out on the Power Tour.

Good luck with the sale Jason, they are sweet wheels and I wish they would fit on my ride.

Sorry Ryan, it wasn't directed at you specifically. I hate to say I really like the TT2 look, but I'm getting tired of seeing 85% of 1st gens running them.
On the 'HRE's can't go racing' comment- They most certainly can go racing. They even have a specific wheel line for actual races- The C20 series.
Sorry about mucking your thread up Jason, but I'm an HRE dealer and owner of some 542R's and I love them.

No worries Tyler, I was joking. I know they are a whored out wheel. I just always loved them and had the vision of them on my car from many years ago.
Jason, sorry for hijacking.

That seems like a like a good deal for some car jewelry, I'll take them. To save on shipping maybe just leave them on the car, it looks pretty solid as well. I'm sure it's good to go for the 2500 mile drive home?
Thanks

I plan to make a post tonight about the car and the new owners drive home and put a heads up out there to anyone that may be able to help Dave on him 2200 mile drive home incase he has trouble.

There's no such thing as an "un-nice" HRE wheel. They are all circular works of art.

That solves that dilema. I have been chomping at the bit over those wheels, now I don't have to think about it anymore.
