We finally getting back into the grove of things from our trip out to Michigan to the Motorstate Challenge… It was one hell of a drive! 40 hrs straight one way!! I flew back home.. The car is dialed in & working great… Karl just needs to get some more seat time in the car.. Karl placed about 5th place in the vintage class.. The competition was stiff out their but good to see that we can be pretty close to the front of the pack..

Here are some action shots.. The Friday Cruise..

Saturday on the road course!! It was fun watching him chasing Randy from D&Z Customs..the last run Karl got towed off the track… but was able to find the issue & repair it for the Sunday Auto-X

The Sunday Auto-X was a great day… But I learned a few things.. never be the first one to run the course… Karl's best time of the day was a 39.2 or 3.... He would have had a 38.6, but hit an easy cone on the final straight..

Have been crazy busy, but wanted to take the time to give credit where credit is do. Got a chance see this car up close and personal in Michigan, all I can say is Wow.I haven't seen workmanship like that since Bob Johnson's Cuda.

The fit and finish were flawless, funny some of the smallest but most ingenious details most people probably overlook. Just when you thought you couldn't do anything more to a 68 Camaro, someone changes the playing field altogether.

Phenominal job Chris, your a lucky guy Karl. Good meeting you. Ron

Thanks Ron. It was good meeting you too, and being able to put a face with one of my favorite Mustangs. Awesome flares!

Yeah, Cris is a little OCD, LOL. I was blown away when I finally saw the finished product.

See you in the rookie class at Optima. We're gonna have some fun!

So I heard that Blu got FTD at So Cal Challenge besting even Mary Pozzi's time when it was pinch hitting for a burnt out ignition module on a third gen. Pictured from left the right Karl the owner, Cris the builder, and Casey the overall event champ. Blu really proved she can get around a track yesterday!

What a nice car
May I ask what make and size are those headlights?
Is it built in led turn signals?

Regards
Morten

Thank you Sir,

Could I ask about the part number - or maybe I can buy a set from you?
