BMR Suspension on Performance TV
Recently, BMR Suspension teamed up with Tommy Johnson, Jr. and Kathy Fisher of Performance TV to drastically improve a Second-Gen Chevrolet Camaro. The ’73 Z/28 seen in the episode came into the shop with full stock suspension and a ride height adjustment courtesy of some cut stock springs. Since being lowered, the owner has complained about the lack of ride quality. Coupled with the handling limitations of the leaf spring rear suspension, the Z was truly lacking. That’s where BMR comes in. The central Florida-based company sent a suspension system designed to bring this early ’70s muscle machine into the 21st century.
Be sure to tune in to Performance TV on Friday, November, 7th at 3:00pm or Sunday, November, 9th at 1:00pm on Velocity Channel to watch Tommy Johnson, Jr. and Kathy Fisher install BMR Suspension’s Torque Arm Rear Suspension and front suspension components to an awesome ’73 Z/28, transforming it into what many consider to be the ultimate street car!
