Default A.C. pulley, and balancer need help!

I have a 69 camaro with ls3, I purchased the vintage air ac a while back and I am now to the point of installing it. The factory style ls3 balancer has a serpentine setup to run the a.c. compressor. It is a sanden sd5 with two grooved v belt pulley. I haven't purchased a balancer yet. Should I try to buy a balancer and use ls1 or ls2 brackets for ac? I am thinking I may need to buy different clutch for sd5 compressor or completly different compressor? I would appreciate some your advice on balancer, ac bracket, also
Thanks for the help

The twin V groove won't work for the LS motors. You can have it switched to the serpentine style. If you are using the factory engine acc and brackets, you will likely need to use an aftermarket compressor bracket- either Kwik or Holley- 2 that I am aware of. Either of these will allow use of the factory acc & crank pulley, using one single serpentine belt to run everything. This is a pic of the Kwik bracket on an LS1 with F-body acc. Not an LS3, but similar setup. Scott
