Default 18" front wheels clearance issue

does anyone know if I can run 18X8 wheels with 245 40 18tires on the front of my 69 camaro with stock upper and lower control arms a unisteer rack assembly and Hotchkis dropped front coils without any rubbing issues??? I will also be running the C4/C5 front brakes with Speed techs adapters.
thanks
Steve

The wheel should clear with the right backspace. Run a 4 7/8"-5" BS, and make sure to have at least 1" of caliper clearance built into your wheel for the C5 Brake clearance. What wheels are you running?

I have the Bonspeed Deltas on my 69..... 245-40-18 with 5.00 BS in front. The tire hits the frame alittle at full lock, but has never been an issue. I have the BAER Track brakes (13 inch rotors) and they clear fine.
