How much would a set of used 17x11 Budnik Tiller 5's be worth? Wheels are in perfect shape and the seller wants $660 for both plus he'll split the shipping with me. Touring Classics wants $840 plus shipping.

Are you saying that you are saving $180 by going with the used wheels? If so, I wouldn't do it. $500 sounds like a better deal. Otherwise, for $180 you are getting a set of brand new wheels with no dents,dings,chips,scratches,etc...
