What throtel body can i use to fab up my air intake on my bbc ram jet.

i dont get the question... if you are fabricating the intake then you can use whatever you like... a rons flying toilet.. somthing off a geo... need more info

What throtel body can i use to fab up my air intake on my bbc GM ram jet.
I dont have the right throtel body right now so my question is can i use one from tpi or aftermarket.

If you already have the factory GM throttle body installed, It doesn't appear to be that difficult.

Where are you running into problems?

It does not appear to take anything special, just the TPI style twin blade throttle body that can be purchased from Holley, Edelbrock, and many others.
