Default Streetbird 69 rust bucket firebird

After searching a musclecar for about 1 year, I finaly found a compromise.
I was looking for a camaro but I found a 69 firebird.
I want some subtile change but I need a fun car to drive.
Keep in mind that is my first complete restoration and its my first muscle car

Ps sorry for my english, im french

So this is how I imaginate it.

Nice rendering Streetbird and welcome!! What are your plans for the car? Such as motor, trans, wheels, brakes, etc? Post pics of the car when you can.

Welcome! Looks like you're off to a good start. Don't know how long you have been on this site lurking but if you have not seen it, perhaps this will give you some inspiration.

Probably the baddest 1969 firebird ever built!

Welcome I have to disagree with you on the compromise statement. I think you got the more refined and stylish GM first gen. My suggested edit is above.

It looks like you've jumped right in.

What about the drivetrain? Are you keeping the Poncho power? 4,5 or 6 speed or auto?

Looking forward to following your Firebird build. Too many Camaro's need more birds in the mix.
