in the age of over the top builds. it's great to see thoughtful well engineered projects being built and driven. and for me that's what it's all about.

Mark,

Looks like you already have the intake figured out but here is a trick part from Ligenfelter. Just something for the hopper.

It has been good to be back in the shop.

I hope to have some more photos this weekend.

Anyone have an opnion on "New" door and quarter glass. Do it all fit well?

Mark
My 67 glass came from Auto Glass city in MN. and it fit really well, everyone asks me where it came from because it looks so good. I might have just gotten lucky though. It is the smoked glass. I think Frank at Prodigy is selling the same brand of glass. Mine is 67 stuff and may have its differences. I did have to reinstall it and glue it in on the bottom channel after finding out too late that the rain storm I got caught in lubricated the press fit enough for it to come loose. I would have never had a problem if I hadn't driven it in the rain as it was up and down hundreds of times and never had a problem. As you probably already know the new stuff is just a bit thinner.

The car looks great and I look forward to seeing you at Gingerman.

Default Back from Korean Sheez.....

Well I've been to Korea 3 times in two months... So my project had slowed a lot. Well I'm back and thrashing to make Gingerman.

After a lot of tries I think I may have a name I like for the "Blue Bomber" after Joe painted it red. It is a throw back to the code name we had for the ZR-1 when it was in development (Blue Devil) So I think I will call this car "Red Devil"!

We have made good progress on the car. Here are few photos..

Looking awesome, Mark.

How did you make 7.0L instead of LS9?

We made a CAD file of the "7.0 L" then CNC the logo out of aluminum. We then pocket milled the cover to sink in the emblem. A little paint and body work and your done!
