Default Need Patch Panel for 1966 Nova.....Inner Fender

I started tearing down the engine compartment and found some rust around the battery tray area. This area was buried under what looked like roof cement

Does any one have a donor piece for this area. I am in need of a patch panel.

Have you tried asking over on Steves Nova site? There should be plenty around considering most ditch that piece. If not, it doesn't look to hard to fabricate.

Can't be AMD, but it looks pricey because it comes with the frame rail

Depending on your location, I just did a front end install for a guy and he has the stock clip just sitting around he might want to get rid of it. its complete probably can pick up cheap. Hes not going to have a need for it. Let me know

I didnt mean AMD makes it... I meant "someone" makes it. Yeah, its a complete inner piece (thats why its pricey).
You are definetly better off finding a solid factory piece from some one like Pauls guy who replaced the entire stock clip.

Would your guy be willing to cut out the area in front of the shock tower and ship it to me?

How was that area on his clip? Is it rust free?

Let me know

Thanks

I dont know if you have any mods done to your already but this clip was pretty clean from what I remember. It might be cheaper to just get the whole clip I can give him a call tomorrow and ask him ether way. for under $500.00 im sure you could just roll that thing under it.
I need to contact him about something anyways so ill post back up here tomorrow what he say ether way
