Default Ridetech StreetGrip for G Body!

The G Body StreetGrip has made it's debut and is ready to ship! Just like our other Streetgrip packages, this one includes some similar components. Here's what's included:
  • Dual rate coil springs for the front and rear
  • HQ series smooth body shocks
  • Front & rear sway bars
  • Delrin bushings for front upper & lower control arms
  • Tall upper balljoints
  • 2" drop spindles

Here are some ride height dimensions and pictures. I just installed one of these kits on an Olds 442, the difference in the way the car drove and handled was incredible.

Very interesting! Do the spindles have any corrected geometry?

I just now saw your response, sorry about that! The spindles are a standard 2" drop spindle. We used them on this particular kit so we could utilize a dual rate coil spring. If the spindles weren't used, we couldn't get a dual rate spring in the length needed.

However, we do use a .5" taller upper balljoint to add more negative camber into the curve.
