Toggle switch on the dash in a convenient location. No issues.

Two amazing cars, but I’m really intrigued by the performance of your Corvette with a basically stock suspension. Are you running offset trailing arms and a shortened spring? Speaking of springs (if its not a racers secret) what rates are they F/R?

The Corvette uses ALL STOCK suspension components except JRI Shocks and custom spring rates. And yes, both settings are top secret.

I will be taking the Camaro to the first Optima Ultimate Street Car event at Thunderhill on February 28th. I am making a few changes to the car to get ready for the event.

The light weight hood I have been running does not have vents. At about 125 mph the hood starts to shake from under hood pressure. At 130 is gets worse. At 140 - 155 is it out of control. I just installed some ACP carbon fiber vents to help remove some of the air pressure that builds up. I may need to go bigger, but I will try these to start. Thunderhill top speed on the front straight is in the low 140's for me.

I also corner weighted the car again. I changed the transmission bell house from a stock Corvette aluminum unit to a steel scatter shield. Safety added over 40 lbs to the car. The aluminum bell housing I had on developed a crack.

I just ordered door glass for the car, so that is going in next.

How much ballast do you have on the car Brian, what does it weigh without it? Glad you are still planning on running this car, it's one of my favorites out there.

Funny, i was looking for a good pic of your hood latches last nite. I was watching the Portland OUSCI and saw what you were talking about with your hood. Is it Anvil? I'm expecting the same problems, but only 129ish at the front stretch at t-hill and haven't installed the anvil hood yet....
