Default Help Me Choose New Seats

Guys which seats do you like? I'm looking to get some new seats within the next year and I've narrowed it down to these two brands...Recaro and Cobra. Whichever I choose, it will definately be black leather.

I also forgot to mention, if I go with the Cobra seats, I'm going to have them shipped directly to Recovery Room and get the insert that says "COBRA" removed. Sorry, I just cannot have a seat that says "COBRA" in my car. The reason I'm sending them to Recovery Room is because I know they deal with very high end interiors and for a seat that expensive I will only trust them to remove the leather and make an insert, then put the leather hide back on tight and in a quality manner. I'm also going to be getting the Fesler door panels in which I will have them shipped directly to Tracy @ Recovery Room to have the matched to the seats.

Recaro makes a great seat, but that Cobra seat looks comfortable. I voted Cobra.
Good luck!

The Recaro is 36" tall and the Cobra is 34" tall. I think the shoulder bolsters are cut just a tad bit lower on the Recaro, which makes for the larger looking headrest.

Recaro $1890 and the Cobra $1500.

I was torn between the same two seats, both are very comfortable -- the Recaro's were actually bit better but I ended up going with the Cobra's as they weren't as tall and not to mention they cost less! I am with you on getting the Cobra logo removed haven't done it yet but will probably do it soon.

Yeah, I have loved the Cobra Misano ever since I first saw it 6 years ago. But, now I'm actually gonna pull the trigger and get them. Can you post some pics of yours in this thread? I would love to see some real pics instead of the itty-bitty pics on the posted on website store pages.
