Will get some pics hopefully tomorrow. Aside from needing to SLIGHTLY modify it to let my mount sit down enough to bolt it I think it's a nice piece.

Will mess with it some more to see if I can avoid modifying it. Either way. Worst case will be slot the mounting holes. It fits excellent otherwise.

William,
I was looking at that crossmember I think it is Hooker PN 12626HKR but I can't tell for sure how it mounts to the frame rail. Do you have some shots of where it mounts to the subframe on each side? It looks like it mounts on top of the frame rail on one side and the bottom of the frame rail on the other side.

As for trimming the bottom of the bell housing flange. Hold off. I have the same BH and frankly it has not been a problem on Dust Off. I would recommend driving the car a while before cutting it. Once it is cut the BH is no longer SFI certified. Just saying.

It mounts on the top on both sides in the factory location. I am using the same mount.

Cwylie is correct. Mounts on top of the frame. Part number I am unsure but it's the only one I know of made by holley/hooker.

As for the bellhousing, we'll see. I am aware the sfi certification would be void but I consider that a much lower penalty than what will happen if it snags a bump.

They need some slight modification but not TOO bad.

What about building a skid plate for the bell housing? That way you can maintain the cert.

Out of curiosity when am I going to need the cert on my bellhousing? Why so important to keep that?

Good meeting you Tu

Just chewed through 40 pages of this build. Outstanding! Congrats on winning the suspension upgrade also! Subscribed!

Thanks! It's been going a long time. Wish it was further along but it's getting there. I have a feeling this is the year for this car to finally hit the road!
