Default Edelbrock 8816 Water Pump Auxillary Ports

So I just purchased this Edelbrock 8816 water pump that includes Auxillary water ports on the left and right side of the pump. These ports are 1/2 inch NPT ports for plumbing AN lines. What are these ports actually used for? Does anybody have examples? Here is the pump details

Don't see any 'extra' outlets on that one. Just the outlet on the top.

Trust me there is also an outlet on the driver side and the passenger side.

If that's the case, they are probably an alternative way to pull water from the rear of the heads at the intake. Though these usually get run up to a special water outlet housing, rather than the water pump.

Since I made this post I got online and found that this is very common and Circle Track Motors like you said they run auxiliary lines to the two Center cylinders on the left and right head
