Default 350 question

I bought a 350 off craigslist for a whopping $100, its a two bolt main and I found a broken piston when I took it appart.

I have the block completely disassembled, the #1 piston has a half dime sized piece missing which has cracks into the rings. The Cylinder has some scoring which i can feel with my finger, what are the odds I can save the block I dont want to dump a lot of money into the block especially since its a two bolt.

I want to stroke it to 383 Im not going to do anything crazy with it should i attempt to save the block or go with Summit's 383 block?
