I came across this picture today. I thought it was very inspiring and captures the feeling I'm trying to convey through my project.

Default 69 Road Race car

Not sure where you are from but the Larry Park
Memorial is sat/sun July 2/3 at Crows landing-CA
There will be plenty of your type of cars there
running as they come each year... very cool stuff

I will be in that funny looking black Italian car with
the wing as my Bird won't be quite ready

Bob

Not sure if it is or not, but it reminds me of the James Garner cars.

My buddy has James Garner's backup Lola T-160 Can Am car
He will be running it again at the Monterey Historics
Its been a couple of years since we were there
I am the Crew Chief.. he says he has a new ace
mechanic to help us out this year to make life easier
I like easier the older I get

Thanks Bob. Sounds like a great event. Unfortunately, I'm all the way out East in Tampa, FL.

Fab and paint work has been completed. I will bring the car home in a few days for wiring, dash/gauges, and interior.
