Anyone running electric cut outs on their exhaust? Any sealing issues over time? I got to drive a car a few years ago with them and I thought they were pretty slick. I loved how I could drown out the Harley's at a stoplight.
Scott,
Get a hold of Del with the TT Tahoe. He melted a couple of the butterfly style and ended up going with an all SS guillotine style from Doug's Headers. Expensive piece, but awesome quality.

Helped a buddy install a set on his highly modded '02 SS Camaro a couple of weeks ago. No issues yet, but I doubt he's driven it more than a hundred miles since the install.
From mild to wild at the flick of a switch.Howard @ All-American Muffler here in Salinas fabbed it up including his own X-pipe design.
Putting them on the '70 Z/28 next.

Cool. Were they butterfly or guillitine style? Did they seal up good when in the closed position?
Oh, and are you going to install a set on your car after helping him out with his?
His are the butterfly style. We did have to do do a bit of grinding on the flange after the initial install to get them to seal perfectly, but it was no big deal.
I have a set of the guillotine from Dougs. Nice quality but I couldnt find space for them in my setup. If I end up not using them I'll sell them cheap. The wiring kit is installed on my car so you would have to get a replacement kit or make your own.
