Question Fully custom Galaxie 500. Unusual question

Hi guys! My name is Dmitriy and I've got unusual question.
Actually I'm from Ukraine and have been building custom Galaxie 500 '74 for few years. I've not finished it yet but really close to it. The problem is that I decided that I want to relocate to another country.
I think about a few countries and there is also the United States in the list(it could be Australia also, who knows). So, the question is "what should I do with my project car?". It is almost impossible to sell it right now in my own country because of the economical (and not only economical) situation there. So, I have a choice, to garage it for few years or try to bring it with me and finish it there.
I've heard that it's possible to bring an old american car to the US. But I do not know if I should try and spend money on it or not. It depends on what such car could be worth in the US.

What could it worth in the United States when I finish it?

What do you think?

So, here are the specs and photos:

This is a fully customized Ford Galaxie 500 '74. Almost everything in the car is brand new.
- custom frame (integrated to the body)
- custom front and tail
- custom body pannels
- custom hood
- custom bumpers
- enlarged wheelbase (front axle was moved forward for better looks)
- custom front suspension
- brakes and rear axle (4 link + watt's linkage) - Dodge durango
- air suspension (with electonical control system)
- HEMI 5.7 Engine (mileage: 8000)
- leather (italian nappa) + alcantara interior
- fully power seats (mersedes S coupe) with heaters and etc.
- power windows
- AC + electronical temperature control
- 2 subwoofers
- etc.

So, here are the photos (as I said, project is not finished yet)

It actually runs and drives already, have only old picture of the engine bay

This is the idea of the front

And a few photos of the building process:

I like it!
If possible, keep it and finish it! Unfinished projects do not usually sell for very much.
Large American cars are more popular outside of the US than they are here but customs are popular everywhere.
