Default Speedo, Ls1 swap camaro 67

Hi!
Now I have 95% of all the parts to do my LS swap so it time to bolt everything on. One thing that is the last thing to buy is gauges/speedo. Been searching around a lot and I'm pretty shire of what route I will go but I also want to see if I missed something or there is some other options.
*Ls1 with MSD ATOMIC EFI
*4l60e

Today I don't have the tachometer just stock speedo and some random temp/oil pressure gauges.
So I need tachometer anyway.

I'm going for the resto mod look more than hard core pro touring look so I don't want it to look like a airplane or NASCAR inside.
Stock look that means

So I found the New Vintage USA that have some
Nice series. And haven't read any bad comments either.
I have been looking IRL at the Dakota digital but that is... just to digital when it comes to looks.

Any more thoughts or suggestions before I pull the trigger?

Thumbs up

Have you looked at the Dakota Digital VHX or HDX series? I have the VHX ones and love them, but am switching to the HDX ones. Nothing wrong with the VHX. LED backlite and comes with everything needed to install (fittings, and sensors).

Yes, forgot about these. They look pretty nice, but I think new vintage looks more...vintage

I went with the New Vintage set for my 69. I just have them installed in my stock cluster now. They look awesome IMHO. Just the exact look I was going for.

So it's time to pull the trigger here. I've decided for the nvu series but now I started to get second thoughts. Seems that the DAkota digitals have a lot more satisfied customers and the ease of installation seems to be popular
The looks though isn't so nice as the new vintage...

So I bump this thread to see if there is anymore input!

My '68 has classic instrument with black background and white labels which look stock at first glance:

Yeah those are nice... but that is out of my price range. I need to be under 1000usd. Dd vhx and nvu for about 700-800ish is expensive enough with import taxes and so..
