Nice job on the panels.

Because welding was what the General did 49 years ago and look where that got me! Seriosly thou, the adhesive not only bonds but also is a seam sealer so no moisture is ever gonna get between the two pieces of metal. And bonding 1 foot of mini tub is much stronger vs spot welding every few inches, PLUS there is no corrosion going on behind the scenes as with welding!

Oh yeah, and you don't have to grind down any welds just use a flexible sanding block and sand just smooth, nice and easy!!

Art you are a lot of help ... don't you need a permit to buy that stuff? There's no smell with this stuff just sticky and messy!!!

Made a BIG mess ..... getting the roof and the quarter panel ready, getting the roof on tomorrow after some finessing and then shoot some epoxy.

That was the last of the EDP coating I'll do on this car and would like to thank DeWalt for a great drill that never let me down, lol!

Thanks for looking ...

Hope that answered your question, if not let me know, we are all here to help other members.

Mission accomplished ... roof is on!! My buddy came down to help me get the roof finalized for bonding, only took five trial fits to get it right where I wanted, it's on there and straight. Thanks Challen for helping ... your Challenger roof is next

Luckily the weather is nice and warm I'll let her sit overnite and work on it tomorrow ... more to come!

Thanks for looking ...

Looking good, I just glanced at a few pictures, I will have to go back and read through it some more. Making progress! How was the quality of the roof panel? Did it fit nicely?
