I don't get it. Why doesn't he put a throttle stop in place instead of trading?

Was gonna say, he's closer to Chattanooga than Atlanta. Also, why not just pull the engine if the issue is too much power?

Regardless, it looks nice and sounds like a fun car to drive.

Because it's Craigslist and 30-50% it's more to it than what they're saying in the add.

why is there a metal disk behind the pulley on the alternator? It looks strange to me....

It keeps the fan from flexing at high rpm so it doesn't crack and come apart.

I figure that's correct but I don't like to call out people without really knowing first hand. You know the saying, assuming makes an ass out of you or something like that. Let's just say I've been the ass too many times to keep going down that road. But, I'd still hedge my bets there's more to the car than he's advertising.
