Default 5-spoke Corvette ZR-1/Camaro SS wheels available in 17" x 8"???

Does anyone know if the 5-spoke C4 ZR-1/Grand Sport or 4th Gen Camaro SS wheels are available in a 17" x 8" size?

I have a set of 17" x 9.5", but 9.5" is too big to fit up front on my '67 Firebird; I would like to just get a 17" x 8" of the same style if I can. . .otherwise I'm gonna have mismatched wheels front/rear for a little while.

I've done some searching and I've found 16" x 8", 17" x 9.5", and 17" x 11". . .

Thanks for the help!

Look at OEwheels, they have a lot of OE style wheels in non factory sizes. I know I have seen your wheels on their site, just not sure if they are in that size. They are very reasonable in cost also, likely because they are made overseas but that's a whole other discussion. I do know someone who bought a set for a chevy truck and they seemed to be nice but a little heavy. hope you find something to work.

Thanks Grif. . .I appreciate the link.

They aren't offered in an 8" width there. . .apparently SLP made them in 17" x 8", but not anymore. . .trying to find some used ones.

The factory Camaro SS wheels were 17x9's, 50mm offset. The aftermarket wheels were 17x9.5 I've read about the 17x8's from SLP, they were built for the 3rd gen Camaro's.

What car are you trying to put these on?

I've got a '67 Firebird. . .I got these for such a FANTASTIC deal that I couldn't pass them up. . .even with having to replace the fronts I'm still money ahead and I have a roller that I can take to Auto-X a lot faster than I would have been able to without them.

Due to the offset, you'll need to run adapters to make those work. I have the 17x9's on my Nova.

I bought some 1.7" (front) and 2" (rear) adapters made. . .the rears fit fine; the fronts had interference with the steering arm with the 1.7" adapters, tried the 2" adapter and it still had some slight rubbing. . .running more than a 2" adapter would result in interference with the fenders.

Mine are 9.5" wide. . .I ended up ordering a set of 17" x 8" 5-spoke U.S.Wheels 701 in gunmetal with a 4.5" backspace that will fit correctly. I used the Percy's Wheel-Rite to make sure I had enough clearance everywhere first. So it will be mismatched wheels front to rear until I have enough cash to upgrade to 18's all the way around.

A third gen fitment iirc. I've seen a set on a second gen. But i've never seen a set for sale.
