Default Forgeline center cap with Baer billet hub issue?

Hey guys looking for some help. So when I test fit my new forgeline wheels the center cap pops out? I have the baer pro plus 14" kit and the wheels were ordered and built based of that kit. it seems that the baer billet hub does not fit deep enough into the medium forgeline cap. i am being told this has never happened before of course it is on my project. any ideas? thanks

I had this issue a few years ago on my setup. Just swap out the cap with something similar like this:

They are usually shallower and cheap.

Default center cap

I believe I'm having the same issue.
They were able to get me the caps that stick out more, but there is a perimeter fitment issue.
I have Baer 6p,s

Seems like the thickness on the Forgeline cap needs to be milled down.. to like 3/16" .
been talking with Mark. He's helping sort it out.
I just need to confirm thickness.

I have the flush mount forgeline cap with the exact same front brakes brakes. I thought it looked a little tight but they fit fine. I'd post photos however my file size appears to be out of spec for the lateral g upload system.

I would recommend the competition cap, but you will have to drill and tap 5 holes.

Or have the Baer cap powder coated to match the wheels.

Had a similar issue with my floater hubs. I have Formula 43 RAD 14's and their caps are very similar with the O ring attachment. I didn't have enough room around the hub and the wheel, so I ended up machining some new axle retention plates, engraving their logo on the plate and getting them powder coated to match. Your Forgelines will look great using the same concept. Have the dust caps all but the same size as the ID of the wheel (no bevel on the edge) and they will blend in neatly.
