Default New Shop Project: 56 F100

Check out a new build going on in our Rod Shop, we'll be transforming this older build '56 F100 into a wicked Pro Touring ride that'll feature a decent amount of LS ponies under the hood and it'll all be resting on a new ExtReme chassis and suspension. Click Here for the build thread!

Back in my teens my driver was a '56 Ford -- LOVED that truck and it served me well. I used to tow anti-aircraft search lights with it. I lived with a guy (not that way you dirty birds) that owned a search light advertising business.... and I'd tow them and run them.

Was telling some guys the other day about it ---- it had Wide Oval Tiger Paws on it --- even with the 6 cylinder and 3 speed - I could make a smoke show. LOL

I think Rodger Lee wants the wheels on your truck for a new build. They're Intros right?? LOL

Lol on the wheels Greg! And cool story about your truck.

Turns out I was wrong, this isn;t a 56 but has become the mystery machine, at this point no one's positive what year it is. What we do know is it's gonna be cool when done!

Well we've got the old boy torn down and ready for media blasting. So far looks like not too much rust and body work to deal with, however we all know the media blaster doesn't lie so we're keeping our fingers crossed.

Included in these pics are a focus on where body mods will be taking place. We have more photos on our webpage photo gallery, Click Here ---> Bentley's 55 F100
