Default EFI Conversion Question

Ok here's my question, I have a 69 SS Camaro with a small block that I would like to convert it EFI. I have an Edelbrock Pro Flo but now I find out that I should upgrade it to the Pro Flo2 at a cost of 2000.00+. Holley, Atomic and Fast all have their TBI systems for about the same price. What would be the best choice?

Not the end all, but this is a good read:

Holley gets my vote. Got one of the first terminators and it works great

I'm leaning towards the Holley EFI, they've been around the longest and I've heard a lot of good things about their system. I'll sell the Pro Flo first

I would think that you could re-use your EFI hardware and just use a retrofit kit such as this Fast system for $922:

That certainly is a great and cheaper option but would it work with my current Pro Flo system? Has anybody used this system yet? Defiantly worth a closer look.

What I'd like to know is why you think you need to do anything since you're already running EFI?

Me too. What's your current system doing now that you are not happy with?

I emailed the FAST tech line about and this is what they wrote back;

Their system controls timing and the 302000 does not. You would have to use our EZ EFI 2.0. I would also need pictures of the sensors like TPS and the IAC to know which ones they are. Also what distributor are you using? Our kit requires a simple 2 wire and ignition box to control timing. There is more to it than just plugging it right up.

Thanks,
Jonathan
