Update from June '12

Tim sent me this picture last night. GMPP LS3 & TR6060

The car is headed to Magnaflow early next week so they can fabricate the exhaust system. Sal and I will be going over there on Tuesday so I expect to get a ton of pics.

The day @ Magnaflow with Hot Rod TV filming was great.

Turbonetics supplied 76mm Inducer Compressor/75mm Exducer exhaust/1.01 A/R

Pushed into the corner & ready for the exhaust

Some pics of the new cage.

Hooker supplied these epic cast exhaust manifolds. They are great for tight packaging and turbo applications.

A couple shots before Magnaflow got to work.

Final turbo placement may be slightly different because the radiator wasn't mounted yet.

The car was up on the lift so I snapped a pic of the rearend.

Jason from 'The GMR' talking to the camera about his full floater hubs on the Currie rearend.

Yours truly putting on his serious face for the camera.

Jose Cruz from MagnaFlow starts building the downpipe and exhaust system.

Tim's good friend and resident goofball Jeff Long looking on while tack welds are placed on the exhaust.

We ran out of daylight so we just dropped the car down and let Hot Rod TV finish up their portion of filming.

Update form October '12

I took some mock up wheels to try out on Tim's car today. I took the opportunity to take some current pics. Unfortunately, the car won't be done for SEMA but it will still be there but incomplete. It will be in the Turbnonetics booth.

Shotgun shell bumper bolts

Lexan windows are ready to go in

Accelerating is optional...........stopping is mandatory. Your car WILL stop one way or another.
